Chevy too is sharpening its arsenal for being a crowd puller in the New York Auto Show this year. The brand is working on many stunning models and concept vehicles. They are ready for a fresh recall of one of the finely muscled family cars, known as Chevrolet Impala. The exterior of Chevrolet Impala is widely changed with a new front and roof shape along with new high intensity headlamps, honeycomb grille and new taillights. This sedan has got a sporty and stylish dual exhaust pipe too for 2014. The chrome inclusions make it glowing, especially in night.

Chevrolet released almost all the details of Impala. The interior of the car has changed to a big extend to get maximum comfort and driveability for its customers. The cockpit has very compactly arranged line of buttons, which are lighted finely to increase visibility at night. There are separate arrays of equipments and features for both driver and passenger in the front seats. The premium stitched materials give a cool look and feel while you are inside the Impala. Chevrolet also introduces mechanisms to make the interior really quite, by blocking all the unwanted outer world sound signals.

The engine and transmission mechanism of Chevrolet Impala had been released much before declaring its launch date. The V-6, 3.6 liter engine of the car will make out 303 HP power. Some other engine options are also released by Chevy shortly, which says, there will be a 2.5 liter V-4 engine also. This engine will deliver 195 HP. The standard Chevrolet Impala model will be front wheel drive, but there will be an all wheel drive following. The price and fuel efficiency of Chevrolet Impala are not yet released.

Aston martin DB9, one of the top GT sports cars in the world, from the renowned Aston Martin is now available in the latest version. Since 2004, I have been waiting for the newer breeds of DB9 in each season. Aston Martin’s DB tailed cars are, as we know, the leading models of the world. DB9 is, as earlier, offered in both coupe and convertible options, which is assembled in the Gaydon plant of AM in England.

AM DB9 exterior is more styled and dynamic for this year, and is available in more than twenty five colour combinations. Interior of the car, in fact, is full of special comfort and convenience gadgets. The Base model itself has 19 inch alloy wheels, chrome grille and options like cruise control, leather inclusions and so on. A hard drive based display interface system and lot more entertainment options are also present in the new car.

2012 DB9 engine is 5.9 L DOHC with V12. The engine has 48 valves, 470 HP power and 443 lb.-ft. torque. With the six speed shiftable automatic transmission system, DB9 achieves 13/20 mpg fuel efficiency in city/highway. 2012 Aston Martin DB9 price starts from $189,915. The models available in coupe are Base, Luxury Edition and Sports Edition and for convertible are Volante, Volante Luxury Edition and Volante Sports Edition.

The much awaited Ford Evos Concept was unveiled in the Frankfurt auto show in September 2011. This hybrid coupe is seen as an indicator to the future offerings from Ford. The manufacturers have highlighted their vision for the future with the design and technology of this hybrid car. They have stated that this car is not for production, but their next generation products will have the features displayed by this concept. According to Ford, the first model based on the Evos concept will be out in a few months. The new design strategy and technology involved in the Evos concept is set to target the new generation buyers.

The exterior design of the Evos concept known as Kinetic 2.0, mainly features a fastback body, four gull-wing doors and a new inverted trapezoidal grille. It looks muscular and sporty and is 177 inches long and 77 inches wide. It has a height of 53 inches and the wheelbase is 108 inches. The concept has incorporated distinctive technology features, notable being the connectivity feature. The connectivity of the car enables wireless communication with devices and can manipulate their operation like switching off a light or phone. It can even detect the tastes of the driver and automatically adjust the temperature, steering or engine control accordingly.

The Ford Evos Concept makes use of lithium-ion hybrid electric power-train, which also includes a 2.0-liter gasoline engine with Atkinson cycle internal combustion. Ford has not released any specs or figures for the concept, but its hybrid system is expected to be better than the upcoming C-MAX hybrid. The power train can automatically switch modes and control emissions as the route requires. This optimizes the fuel consumption and is expected to give a driving range of 500 miles or more. The future models from Ford will be incorporating the design and technology features of the Evos concept and is expected to be another golden feather in their cap.
